I'm new the world of Academies and am currently leading a project to improve employee engagement across the MAT . I am looking at using and engagement survey- Can anyone recommend a company they have used recently - why did you choose them?

We used RS Academics to do a staff survey for us earlier this year. The survey was good, the report thorough and their presentations to managers and staff helpful.

We chose them because they work a lot in our sector (independent schools, though I think they work across state and private), and could provide benchmark data from other surveys in schools that we could reference. Hope that helps.

Thymometrics is great (https://thymometrics.com/). It has an always-on engagement survey so employees can give feedback at any time which is far more reliable than scheduled surveys being sent out that could be influenced by specific events at the time of send out. The analytics tool is also very strong and they will often integrate with your HRMS. Hope this helps!
