I want to do my PhD research in HR in the education sector. Any recommendations and advice about the most problems that may face HR professionals in the UK and then I can compare it with my country?? 

I am interested in " The impact of HRM practices on students learning outcomes "  : Case from Jordan. Is this topic wide??
