Good Morning 

I was just wondering if anyone had an example of a competency framework they use for support staff within their school?

We are currently looking at creating one to sit alongside our new support staff pay/grade structure 

I do have a previous one but that was from a commercial business so I would be interested to see one from a school environment if anyone is willing to share?
