Hi,

I am currently studying a MSc in HRM in university and am looking into dissertation topics for my dissertation. I am wanting to focus on recruitment and selection, narrowing it down to looking at whether recruitment and selection processes are bias within different organisations. My question is, is this a suitable area and question for my dissertation? is there any feedback that you can give me? I have never done a dissertation before so am not really sure where to start

The biggest challenge I think you will face is that your topic is still very broad.

Additionally will you be able to access the primary data that you will need via access to companies willing to open their doors to you

Your university should be able to provide you with guidelines on what is expected content for a dissertation; together with topics previous students have written about. That might help you narrow your thinking.
