We are a MAT of two secondary schools soon to be doubling in size, I’m currently reviewing our HR KPIs and would be interested to learn what other MATs are using.
I have the usual suspects: turnover; absence; payroll costs; contact ratios; engagement; vacancy fill time etc.
We are intending to RAG rate our KPIs and I would also be keen to know how you determine your RAG ratings if you use them.
