I am currently writing a secondment policy and have a question on records of appraisals during the seconded period. With the introduction of GDPR my understanding is that it is not possible for schools to share performance information without the employee's specific consent The employee continues to be employed and managed by the substantive school and any reviews which fall within the term of the secondment will be performed by the host school. Does anyone have any experience of this in practice and have any guidance on how best to manage this situation? Thank you.
