I am looking for some advice as to what should be recorded on the SCR to be Ofsted compliant.  Do we need to add date of birth and current address, for example? I would appreciate what others feel is absolutely necessary to be included on SCR as ours seems to be getting bigger and bigger and not sure we need so much information.

Also, it would be good to know what others record for their Governors on their SCR.
