Hi,
I have been asked to write a contract of employment for a school tutoring company and I am confused over the calculation and entitlement for holidays, particularly following the recent case law in March this year.
The tutors work the same hours every week (all are part time) and they work during term time only. They are entitled to statutory pay only. They are paid a set amount per session (3 hours worked per session).
Would it be possible for any one to help with how their pay and entitlement should be calculated and if anyone has any contract wording they could share please?
