Ofsted said: ‘Disqualification under the Childcare Act 2006: statutory guidance for local authorities, maintained schools, independent schools, academies and free schools’ – this was amended following the 2018 Regulations: schools are no longer required to establish whether a member of staff providing, or employed to work in, childcare is disqualified by association. 

What have you done with the historical data? Have you kept it on the SCR or saved it elsewhere?
