Hello all,
One of my clients (Academy Trust) has decided to appoint a TA to a role of an Unqualified Teacher. I have a query in regards to her continuous service. She has been with them since 2012 as a TA. However, once she is given a teaching contract I believe that this will impact on her sick pay and maternity entitlement as her teaching service will be taken into consideration only. Any views welcomed.
