Good afternoon,

We currently have a query with regards to the hourly rate paid for term time staff when they do extra hours. Do you pay the flat rate for the grade or pay an amount which includes an element for holiday pay? Current practice is to pay the flat rate which has been done historically but this is now being queried.

Thoughts/ information would be greatly received.
