Does anyone use off-the-shelf software to document their single central record - and if so, what is the product and would you recommend it please?

Our spreadsheet seems very cumbersome and I'm looking at whether there might be a better option out there. I'd very much appreciate any thoughts or guidance here.

  • We use a reporting system to generate a report from our HR database; perhaps your system can be set up with a custom report to pull off the essential info?
