Gender Pay Gap Reporting - additional hourly payment - overtime or honorarium

Thoughts on this would be helpful.

I may be over complicating this. 

I'm calculating our Gender Pay gap and I'm unsure whether this would count as overtime or as part of the basic pay. 

We pay LST's an additional £3-£5 per hour for stepping up to teach, this is in lessons that they would already be timetabled for so is not overtime.

However it is on an ad hoc basis similar to overtime as it's used to cover.

I feel as we're including honorariums for additional duties e.g. additional £200 per month that this should be included, as it's the same.

Has anyone else come across this?
