I wonder if there are colleagues who would be willing to share any previous practices or strategies implemented around Recruitment and Retention?
I would be interested to hear from HR colleagues in other academies around what they may have implemented at their schools/academies and what thoughts are around the costing of the recruitment strategies implemented.
Keen to hear more about what strategies were deployed to attract talent/good teachers to academies/schools that are out of London and in difficult communities.
