We are in first year of collecting HR data and have started with the usual Retention/Turnover, Absence, Headcount, Diversity, performance etc, but want to provide more meaningful data in the next year or so.  Is anyone in Education happy to share the data they analyse (being mindful of completion using SIMs and/or Excel) or even better, willing to share there headlines as a comparison?
