Hi,

I work in a Special Needs school and we advertise for LSAs frequently. This time last year when we advertised we had many, many applicants but lately it seems to have been a lot less.

We generally advertise on the TES and the local authority website (and our own website). Is there anywhere else people recommend to help pull in more applicants?

    Hi Jenny, You mentioned last year you received many applicants. Did you do use same platforms as last year. For example did you advertise the role in the local papers. A suggestion when the school produces newsletter advertise job vacancies provide a section.

    Do you use the Universal job match site that is free to use? Lots of aggregate sites will pick it up from there. Speaking of which you could get featured on Indeed for little investment.
