Hello

I was wondering if anyone could recommend some good leadership training for some of our senior leaders (Heads/ Deputy Heads) that focuses on leadership as opposed to management. I have used Dale Carnegie in the past in a non-education setting but was wondering if there was anything specific out there for leaders in education?
