I am currently studying the 'Using Information in HR' assignment for Level 5.  I work for a stand alone secondary academy and I have been asked to do my project on Succession Planning.  Does anyone have succession plans within their organisation?  I am really struggling with finding research for this project and would also appreciate any advice.
