I don't work in a school or academy but we use temporary workers and receive these forms after 12 weeks. I presume it's their evidence that if any claim was brought that they have based it on the comparable information provided by the business utilising the temp workers.

We pay parity from Day 1, so there's no reason for us not to complete these forms to confirm this.
