This is a bit of a difficult and complicated one.
We are currently going through redundancies of Teaching Assistants and support staff. We have 1 employee who has just returned from maternity leave who is willing to take voluntary redundancy.
The question is how much annual leave will she be entitled to. Annual leave is calculated April-March for TAs.
She started in employment 1.9.2013. Maternity leave dates are 8.6.17-11.3.18. She only works 3 days per week, Monday, Thursday and Friday. Her final date if redundancy is taken will be 31.7.18.
She is paid for 44.46 weeks per year.
Can anybody help as I dont want her to lose out
