Hi All

I have a friend (a TA) whose local authority are planning on reducing her salary, citing the Good Work Plan and the 52 week average approach to justify cutting her salary as allegedly the way they have been calculating holiday pay for many years is incorrect. They are citing the Green Book.

Does anyone have any light to shed on their approach?
