Are you able to use your Local Authorities recruitment mechanism ? Facilities management outside of schools tend to be a more complex function then most schools would need and unless you are offering salaries commensurate with a full on facilities management role you are unlikely to reach the kind of candidate who would meet your needs (or salary offer)
If you can't use your local authorities system then local print advertising or an agency should reach the type of candidate you are looking for

In case you weren't successful in your recruitment and you need a proper Facilities Manager - most Secondary Schools do as they will save the equivalent of their salary if good through making things more efficient - then would recommend FM World for advertising as they are the professional group for Facilities related professionals.
