I've not heard of or used the Key, but at the school I'm at we have ISBA (the Independent School Bursars Association) membership which provides policy templates, guidance, documents and so on. I always find them a good starting point, but more as a trigger to think about how the issues being addressed by the document relate to our school. I can then develop them to be really relevant to what I'm after.

Hi Carol-Anne, as a school we are signed up to the Key and I personally use them a lot - they have up to date guidance and if you need a quick template or policy you can usually find it on there. I find them great.
