I'm grappling with the same issues at the moment. My understanding is that recent case law is that if the overtime is guaranteed, then you should. If its voluntary then you don't need to. At the moment we do. Our situation is that almost all the overtime has become so standard, that the workers who do it approach it as if were guaranteed. Its not much, or many workers but I'm recommending leaving it as it is
