Moving Education to HR

Hello

I really need your help. I am seeking transition from Education to HR entry level position.

Honestly I changed my CV 4-5 times, every time working hard on it by showing only transferable skills.

I sent my CV about 500 companies in last 6 months. Always I got rejection.

Currently I study in CIPD level 3.

Can you please give me some advise how can I find similar jobs at least in schools or academic if not in another companies.

    Hi Sona,

    Can I ask what you do in schools currently?

    There are lots of HR roles in education, either based in schools themselves or centrally in the LA.
    I think experience of working in a school previously would help as you can demonstrate a clear understanding of how a school operates.
    If you do go down this route, perhaps indicating knowledge of systems, e.g. SIMs on your CV would help?
    Could you offer to support in your school's admin team where you are at the moment? This would definitely further your understanding.
