Hi,
in our Multi-Academy Trust, our special leave policy allows for paid time off for staff to attend interviews at other schools up to a maximum of 3 days in a rolling one year.
I would be interested to hear from other Trusts / schools what is in your policy? Do you allow paid time to attend interviews in other schools and if so do you have a limit on the number of paid days?
