Rewarding the equal pay gap report
I have identified the main requirements of the report .
In general , I have wrote that the report should contain a figures and calculations.. Also, it should contain of employee salary data and many things ..
The question is !! Should I explain the real example of the port and draw figures and calculations? Or just I clarify the requirements of the report in general ?
Without seeing the question it’s hard to know. But generally they won’t want you to create an actual gender pay gap report for your organisation. But just to explain it’s purpose, strengths , weaknesses etc.
