I am a Learning Support Assistant and  previously to worked Mon-Fri in a school. I do not attend inset or occational days but get paid for them.  From September I no longer work on a Friday therefore if an inset or occational day falls on a Friday I do not benefit from having a paid day off like my collegues .  Should I get a day of in lieu, be paid an extra day or is it just hard luck?
