Hi There, 

Has anyone provided leadership/middle leadership training for support staff through a route or organisation that they would be willing to recommend? I am in the middle of creating a support staff training and development package, and although we provide some of this in-house, I would love to see if anyone would recommend any external providers. Lots of options for teachers out there which we source externally, but I would like to cater for progressing admin managers and pastoral managers looking to take the next step. Support staff appraisals have been carried out where certain staff have asked for such training themselves.
