I would appreciate your thoughts on a scenario we are dealing with.

We have an EE who has submitted a FW request, which would be effective from August.

We are aware of other changes in the team that will be significant between now and then, and therefore feel it would not be fair to either the EE or the organisation if we were to make a decision right now, rather than waiting to nearer the time. We will, however, most likely be out of the 3 month time before we can provide a fair decision.

How would you handle this? If we had to make a decision now without knowing the impact of the other changes, I am not sure it could be approved because there are too many uncertain variables at this moment in time. However, this may be more plausible once we have a better picture in a few months time....
