Hi all

I wondered if anyone is able to give an indication on how you are dealing with the TP indexation.

I have read some Trusts are applying £1 annually, but elsewhere of an LA applying £1 per month.  In addition I have read of Trusts increasing the Leadership spine points by £1 as Leaders are not entitled to an R&R allowance, but surely that could impact people who are not currently affected by the indexation issue.  

In short, I have read myself round in circles, and wondered what others are doing!
