Hi. I was just wondering whether anyone had incorporated wellbeing and mental health in any policy update or design? Not just a nod to but a strategic decision to ensure HR policies and procedures support good mental health and wellbeing. If so would anyone mind sharing. If you haven't is this something you are planning to do or not even on the agenda. Many thanks.

Hi Jessica, interested to read your post - we had a case study from the British Heart Foundation in our 2018 CIPD Health and wellbeing report - it's still very relevant in terms of how they developed a strategic approach to health and wellbeing, including mental health - the report pdf is on our website (page 18). And there are two case studies in this year's 2022 report - on the Health and wellbeing at work web page that could be helpful too. Rachel
