Is anyone facing issues with new employees- DBS documentation.

We are finding that younger staff are only able to provide a bank statement as proof of address because they may still live with parents and do not have utility bills in their names

But because their bank account are  online banking- we are unable to accept a print out - as it needs to be original documents

Would be good to know what can be done.
