Part Year, Short Term, Casual Contracts

Hello CIPD Community,

I am looking for some advice please. We have some workers who are on casual contracts, that may only work for a 2 or 3 weeks in total or some that may work 1 or 2 weeks in a month every few months, for example exam invigilators.

My question relates specifically to company benefits.

If the school offers a monthly benefit to employees like a monthly taxable payment for wellbeing use, would these workers be entitled to it also? If so in what capacity?

Any advice or guidance would be much appreciated.
