We're an independent school and I am looking at our health and well-being offering, in line with absence management etc.

Has anyone used Simply Health or something similar in terms of individually funded health schemes, what value have they had in schools, and how easy are these to set up?

Any information would be appreciated.

Hi Leela,

I set up Simply Health in the last school I was in, and will look to do something similar where I am now. It was straightforward to set up and valued/well used. One thing I found is that the price difference between the basic health plan and the basic health plan + counselling support was not significant - so we went with the latter. Being able to provide staff with a way to access counselling support that was completely independent of our control/knowledge was really valued.
