School Level Data prep - Third Party Support Headcount (8.2.4 in the guide).

I work in special needs school so we have many NELFT NHS staff who work in our school, mostly with our students daily. We currently have school nurses, occupation therapist, speech and language therapists and physios. They are employed by the NHS.

In para 8.2.4 it says that twe should include those who are not employed directly by the school or local authority. NHS is not local authority.

Should they be included in my headcount on the WFC as they are in today?
