Hello

It has been brought to my attention one of the LAs we work with has amended contracts to include these clauses - PILON ( teaching staff) Garden Leave ( SLT). I am not clear on why a PILON clause alone will not suffice for SLT. Not sure if I am missing something here? Do any members here use Garden Leave clauses for staff in Academies / Schools?
