Morning,

I am after some advice following a question from our Safeguarding Lead, and one I have not come across before.  

Relevant and experienced staff attend court for reasons such as attendance, EHCPs, child protection proceedings etc.

Should staff have legal representation and do you use your own legal team or do you seek to use the Local Authority.
