I'm looking for some help developing targets/KPIs for HR at Trust Level.
At the moment, we report termly absence levels/turnover/new recruits/disciplinary/grievances at Trust level. Following our recent Payroll Audit, it was recommended that we have measurable targets across the trust on attendance, turnover and diversity. This then tells us what the HR focus needs to be.
We are looking for how we develop targets for these subjects. In regards to diversity, what would be the recommendation around measuring this?
