If the course is accredited with the CIPD, I think you are eligible for Associate Membership, but you might want to give the Membership helpline a call and ask them.

Hello, if you are in membership with us you will receive an Associate membership certificate once your results have been processed. We will also send you a qualification confirmation letter. The official MSc certificate is sent from your university. Hope this helps.
