Hi all,

I used to work in schools and we had an excel spreadsheet that when you put in someone's hours and weeks it would work our the pro rata term time payment days to include annual leave and bank holidays. I now work for a Charity and they have never had anyone on term time only but an employee has made a request to work 38 weeks, so I'm after if possible, someone sharing with me the excel that can work this out for me. I have googled but can't find one I can edit, they are just read only so hoping someone might be happy to share so I can see the breakdown of the calculations please?
