Good Morning,
We have received a request from a teacher for additional PPA to take account of her dyslexia. She has been employed for 5 years, and this has not been raised before. On the face of it, this seems like a matter to be considered under a reasonable adjustment however in more than a decade in schools I cannot recall hearing of this before.
Can anyone please advise - is this often done? Or are work expectations adjusted to fir within the PPA period given?
