I have been invited by a private for an interview for the position of HR coordinator. I would need your valuable suggestions regarding the possible competency & scenario based questions. This is my first time with a school hence clueless.
I would certainly read Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) as that is the go-to document for safeguarding and safer recruitment. You may be asked questions about a safeguarding scenario.
Schools are often places where staff are expected to muck in and help others out. There will also be busy periods and peaks and troughs in your workload which you will need to manage. It is also good to learn about the school and it's values and ethos.
