HR system for independent school?

Hi I’m after recommendations for a new HR system. We use isams and have the HR Manager module but it is very basic. We are looking at Every HR software as they are part of the isams family. Does anyone currently use Every HR or have any recommendations for a HR system. I work in an independent school with approx. 140 staff. Thank you April

    Happy to chat about this with you offline if that's helpful? We are a similarly sized independent school and use Cascade HR at present for payroll and HR but are looking at our options at present - and Every HR is one of the options we're considering. Would be good to share thoughts/conclusions! Definitely agree that the iSAMS HR module is not sufficient for anything really - but in most schools the need for it to be updated by the HR system in place is key.

    If you're looking for a more robust HR system, Every HR is a solid choice, especially since it integrates well with iSAMS. Other options to consider include:

    Breathe HR: User-friendly and designed for smaller organizations.
    BambooHR: Great for employee management and reporting.
    Folk: Offers a simple interface and good customization.
    Each of these systems has its strengths, so it might be worth trying demos to see which best fits your school's needs. Good luck!

    Hi April, I am just about to start the same process. We have narrowed down to Every HR and itrent. So would be good to hear thoughts around this. I know exactly what I want a system to do, there must be a gap in the market for us HR in independent schools to create our own systems! Thanks Claire

    Hi, I’ve heard about iTrent from a school close to us but haven’t looked into yet. I was under the impression it was very expensive but may be worth investigating.

    Hi April
    I've used BambooHR, the configuring of access levels is tricky and you have to pay for additional modules ie performance.
    We use HaileyHR at our workplace and I think it's really nice, modern all in one (for HR) system.

    Hi Claire I’ve had a demo from SAMPeople and was very impressed. They seem very competitivly priced compared to EveryHR and iTrent. The ideal would be EveryHR just because it integrates to iSams but I don’t think I can justify the cost but my actual preference is SAMPeople st the moment.
