7 Advice on working from home in Italy

I have a colleague that holds a UK and Italian passport. He would like to work from home in Italy. I am concerned about the implications of this on the business and what our legal obligations would be for tax and social security as well as employment law.

Is anyone able to offer any advice to help me on this please?

Hi Amy

183 days is the general rule for an individual's personal income tax liability status, but other liabilities can be created far sooner than that (ie permanent establishment risk if the individual is generating revenue, what happens with medical coverage, insurances etc) so as per the excellent advice detailed in the threads linked above I would recommend proper legal & financial advice being sought.
