Can anyone help me. We have an employee who submitted a flexible working request. We sent a response over a month ago accepting the request in part but declined one aspect. We asked the employee to sign if accepted but have had no response as yet. I have chased several times but still no reply. Is there a time limit for how long an offer can remain open or does the employer have to keep this live?
