For those that work in Health or Social Care..

If you've had an employee that tests positive, they're being advised not to test for three months after having Covid as the test can still show up as positive. We have a mandatory weekly testing process in place as we work with the elderly. How do you get around them not testing for three months but still keeping other staff and clients safe? 

We already have PPE and social distancing in place as standard. do you just not ask them to test for the next three months following?
