HR Policies & Recruitment in Singapore

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone is able to advise if there are any example policies or employee handbooks for organisation in Singapore that I could have a look at?

Also we currently are recruiting for an HR Business Partner for our office in Singapore, can anyone recommend where is best to advertise this role?

Hi Kyla,

I am currently recruiting for a new position in our Singaporean office, and I am relatively new to the market as well. However, the following website from the government was a good starting point to gain an overall overview: https://www.mom.gov.sg/

For the recruitment process, we currently use two platforms: MyCareersFuture and JobStreet.
