I had several calls and a free trial with them. I liked the system, simple and user friendly and loved the digital signature capability but found it limiting in a UK context as it does not record things that in the US, are usually handled by payroll software. I can't remember wether this applied to working patterns or holidays or both. Also had concerns about GDPR compliance.
