Applying UK company policies in Ireland

Hi All,

I am in the process of reviewing many of our UK and Irish policies and am trying to find ways how to streamline and simplify these. I am also aware that certain procedures will be governed by different employment law and codes of conduct

As an example, I would like to use one common disciplinary policy in both UK and Ireland based on the UK policy

1. Three stage process - First Written, Final Written, Dismissal

2. Right to be accompanied as per UK policy

3. Warnings to stay on file for 12 months

Am I missing anything?
